What you can expect from start to finish when working with me

Phase 02 - Pre-Production

This phase will look a little different depending on your project and content needs.

  • I’ll brainstorm internally and virtually present a concepts deck for your brand

    1. We gather your notes on the concepts, make refinements if necessary and get your final approval

    2. Session Planning: I’ll create a detailed timeline for session, capture list, prop list and final mood board

  • We’ll meet virtually so I learn about the ins and outs of your business, the stories you want to tell your audience, and we’ll determine how to best tell them.

    1. I’ll create a mood board of inspiration images to give visual direction to our project.

    2. Session Planning: I’ll create a detailed timeline for session, capture list, prop list and final mood board

    3. We’ll meet again virtually to finalize our session plan and ensure we’re all on the same page. I will also share a prep guide to help your prepare your space for a photo session.

Phase 04 - Post-Production

This phase will look a little different depending on your project and content needs.

  • We’ll determine during pre-production if your images will be selected during our session or if you will require a proofing gallery. A proofing gallery is beneficial when you have multiple people weighing in on the image selection process.

    1. If your project requires a proofing gallery, I’ll cull down the images from the session to only the best captures for your review.

    2. I’ll send you a link to review your proofs and select your images and gather your feedback and post-production requests

    3. Final edits

    4. Final gallery is delivered 3 weeks after image selection are made. Final invoice (remaining 50% + any pre-approved expenses) is due upon receipt of gallery.

  • I’ll cull down the images from the session to prepare a proofing gallery of the best captures for your review.

    1. I’ll send you a link to review your proofs and select your images and gather your feedback and post-production requests

    2. Final edits

    3. Final gallery is delivered 3 weeks after image selection are made. Final invoice (remaining 50% + any pre-approved expenses) is due upon receipt of gallery.

Phase 01 - Booking

Choose the content package that fits your brand

  1. We send over the paperwork (50% deposit invoice + contract)

  2. Send us brand guidelines, project brief, and complete our session questionnaire. You can be as detailed or as general as you wish.

Phase 03 - Production

This phase will look a little different depending on your project and content needs.

  • For an in-studio session, I’ll have the studio prepared for your arrival so production can begin within 30 minutes of your arrival.

    For an on-location session, I’ll arrive 15 minutes before call time to load in and setup my gear.

    • We’ll also do a walkthrough your space so I can get a better handle on the flow of our session and setup my gear accordingly.

    During our session, my camera will be tethered to my laptop so you can see images in real time. This gives us the chance to see how clearly the story is being conveyed and ensures there will be no surprises after our session.

  • I’ll arrive 15 minutes before call time to load in and begin setting my gear.
