Description of Services: Brand photography.
Booking and Payment
Booking Process: Clients can book services through verbal scope creation and contract.
Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking. The remainder is due on the day of the session.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not subject to refunds as the deposit is non-refundable. Refunds will be distributed on a case-by-case basis. Clients will not be relieved of any payment obligations for canceled or rescheduled services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Copyright and Usage Rights
Ownership of Photos: Bre McGee Photography retains the rights to the photos taken.
Client Usage Rights: Clients may use photos for commercial use digitally and in print, with the exception of billboards and TV.
Client Responsibilities
Responsibilities During Photoshoot: Clients must arrive on time, adhere to the schedule, cooperate, and not change the scope during the session.
Liability
Limitations of Liability: In the event that any or all photographic materials are lost or destroyed prior to delivery, such as damage to or loss of a component necessary for final delivery, we shall refund the client a pro-rated portion of the total cost based on the amount of services completed against the amount agreed upon.
Dispute Resolution
Dispute Resolution Process: Disputes will be handled through mediation.
Changes to Terms
Notification of Changes: Clients will be notified of changes to the terms and conditions via email.
